Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may and may not create with the service.
It supplements the Terms of Use.
What is allowed
- Creating videos, voices and visuals for your personal or
professional projects.
- Using your own voice, or a voice for which you hold the rights.
- Publishing your creations on the platforms of your choice.
What is prohibited
- Impersonation: reproducing a person's voice, face or identity
without their explicit consent.
- Illegal or harmful content: hate, harassment, violence, sexual
content involving minors, dangerous misinformation.
- Deception: passing off generated content as authentic in order to
harm, defraud or manipulate.
- Infringement of rights: violating copyright, trademark or privacy
rights.
- Technical abuse: attempting to bypass limits, compromise security or
disrupt the service.
Transparency
For content that may be mistaken for real recordings,
indicate that it was created with AI when the context requires it.
In case of a breach
Any content or account that breaches these rules may be suspended or deleted.
