Account and data deletion — Lumavo

You can request the deletion of your Lumavo account and associated data at any time, directly from the app.

How to delete your account

In the app (recommended):

1. Open Lumavo and sign in.
2. Go to the Account tab.
3. Tap "Delete my account".
4. Confirm the deletion.

Your account and associated data are then deleted.

By email: if you can't access the app, write to selmanahmad57@gmail.com from your account address, with the subject "Account deletion".

Data deleted

• Your account and profile information (email address, name).
• Your creations (generated videos and audio) and your history.
• Your notification (push) identifiers.

Data retained

• Billing/transaction records may be retained for as long as required by law (accounting and tax obligations), then deleted.
• No other data is kept beyond account deletion.
