This policy explains what data we process and why. Your content belongs to you. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for third-party advertising or tracking.

Data we process

Account — your email address and the name you provide.
Your creations — the scripts, voiceovers and videos you produce, and your generation history.
Media you provide — photos or voice samples you import (e.g. to clone a voice).
Identifiers — an account identifier and a push-notification token, used to operate the service.
Diagnostics — anonymous crash and performance data, used only to keep the app reliable. These are not linked to your identity.

Why we process it

Only to provide the service: create what you ask for, maintain your account, secure access, and improve reliability. We do not profile you for advertising.

Data retention

Your content is kept while your account is active. You can delete your content at any time, and deleting your account deletes the associated data. Billing/transaction records may be retained only as required by law.

Delete your account & data

You can delete your account and associated data at any time from the app (Account → “Delete my account”), or by request. See Account & data deletion.

Your rights

Depending on your country, you have the right to access, correct, delete and export your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@getlumavo.com.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. Your content is used solely to produce your own creations. We do not include third-party advertising or tracking SDKs. Data is encrypted in transit.
